Has Anyone Got Really Stressed And Instantly Has A Major Increase Of Pain?

Earlier i got really stressed out,then got a increase of pain straight away and it seems to slowly but surely be getting worse and worse.is it just in my inagination?

It is extremely common for me to have a stress response in which my pain level shoots through the roof. I was also reading some interesting research about correlations between PTSD and high pain levels just a couple of days ago.

Oh gosh! The instant I feel stressed, my pain skyrockets. I keep as much stress out of my life as possible.

Keeping a low profile is what I do, otherwise I will be in bed for several days.
