Hello Everyone,
Recently, I noticed that i feel pain when using tampons.
I had been using them for over 15 years now, and never had any issues.
I feel pain especially after taking them out.
Tried to use organic ones, thinner ones and be more gentle when taking it out. The pain is there.
I do not have endo adhesions in my vagina, but have them in the back of my uterus.
Did you ever have these problems?
All the best,
Monica
Yes, and forget about cups or discs. I had to go back to pads bc I don't like the period panties.
Thing is, i feel very uncomfortable with pads, even with organic/ non allergy ones. I feel itchy and wet and im sure most of you can relate.
Luckily, my period days are 3-4 maximum, so i guess I can handle them.
This happened to me as well after my surgery. I would recommend you to use pads instead of tampons more often and only tampons if needed. For me it made a huge difference.
I recommend looking into a newflora pelvic wand. Theyre on amazon. You dont necessarily need to buy one, but looking it up and reading what its for provided me with a lot of information. It was made by a pelvic floor specialist and she has different ones. One is meant to be frozen to provide vaginal relief. I also have a prescription for a muscle relaxer/pain reliever that’s inserted vaginally. Its expensive but it is helpful!
I have this issue from time to time. A pelvic floor specialist told me that I was holding a lot of tension in my pelvis. I was unable to relax vaginally. Sometimes its pain and difficulty taking the tampon out and other times times i can’t put the tampon in.
