I take turmeric and raw apple cider vinegar everyday. I’m not sure how good it is.

General Suggestions: Adding ginger (ginger tea, add to a smoothie, include in stir fry) and, as the previous post mentioned, turmeric (as a supplement, in curry, in soups) to your diet is helpful. Try green tea. I actually ordered decaffeinated green tea from Amazon recently to help fight the inflammation. Supplementing coconut milk in place of dairy and replacing canola oil or butter with avocado oil and olive oil is helpful. Reducing soy exposure and using alternative products like “No Soy” is better for reducing estrogen dominance. Cutting down or eliminating gluten from the diet has been shown to help. Even if there isn’t a gluten allergy, an intolerance can lead to inflammation and endo flare ups. There are gluten free breads, snacks, and alternative options. Eat sweet potatoes as a side to get the carb fix. I went on an elimination diet a few years back (which was very challenging but worth it). This can help you determine foods that impact you negatively. Eliminating those from your diet will reduce inflammation.

Favorite Recipes:
Breakfast:
Berry Smoothie:
1) Toss frozen blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries into blender. Can add banana for sweetness if you’d like.
2) Add orgain vanilla protein powder (has pre- and probiotics included, as well as ground chia).
3) Add dairy free coconut yogurt (raspberry or vanilla flavor).
4) Add some filtered water, coconut or almond milk, and water.
5) I also will occasionally add cherry juice into this, as I’ve read it helps with inflammation.
6) Blend.

Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Ginger Smoothie:
See above. Just swap the berries out for the mangoes, pineapples, ginger, and banana. I also toss a splash or two of pineapple juice into this one instead of cherry juice.
