Hi.. after i see my doctor i also stop taking vissane. Dr gave me vissane for 6months.
But iddnt. I am looking for another specialist to check on me.
Its been a year since my endo journey

After my debilitating symptoms taking vissane I stopped for 2 months now. Trying to keep a healthy lifestyle and a bit of exercise (walking).. I no longer suffer bloatedness and pain even without period. The only pain I experienced was during my period days but more manageable compared b4 with vissane.. Eating anti-inflammatory food helps.

Hi ! I am currently waiting to be seen for my Endo, I'm on an IUD right now but I wanna conceive so my treatment will be different than hormone therapy. However I have a close friend with stage 4 Endo diagnosed last year had a major flair up. She doesn't tolerate any hormone medication so she decided to change her diet to an anti inflammatory diet, which has helped tremendously her symptoms. She still has cheat days here and there but it's really changed her quality of life. She is also taking an anti depressant that helps with chronic pain called cymbalta. So far no terrible pains x 1 year she seems happy about it. Hope this helps !!
