For Those Post-hysterectomy: How Long Did You Have Hot Flashes After Surgery?
For context: had right over and appendix removed Jan 2022. Surgery #3 and first confirmation of Stage 4 endo. In June 2024, I had a hysterectomy but they were able to keep my left ovary. I've had the occasional hot flash or cramp since surgery, but this is my third hot flash in probably 2 weeks. For those that had a hysterectomy with at least one ovary kept, how long did y'all have hot flashes after surgery? What helped with mitigating them?
