I recently had surgery for endometriosis and an drainage of ovarian cyst I had low interior bowel resection as my endometriosis bowel nodule was huge 11-12cms the surgeon thought the size was impressive I was just glad the thing was out as it was also pulling my uterus down
So is it normal that your first period after surgery should be heavy with large blood clots i didnt have that experience with a previous gynecological surgery of ovarian cyst removal

Hi! I had my first laparoscopy a week ago and endometriosis stage 1 was confirmed. It was primarily found on both ovaries and my bladder and part of my bowel was adhered to my abdomen. My question is how the stages can correlate to infertility, due to the fact it was found on both my ovaries.

Also I believe they did ablation to remove the endo, is it likely it will come back in the future? Even at stage 1?

I’ve had chronic back pain for 5+ years now, it’s localized to one point in my back but radiates to my hips, and down my left leg. 2 years ago I lost my ability to walk for 48+hrs and was in the most unbearable pain. Doctors prescribed morphine pills that didn’t do anything. Naproxen doesn’t work, muscle relaxers don’t work either, I’ve tried physio, heat, ice, massage and nothing relieves the constant daily pain. Large fibroids (5-10+cm), stage 4 endometriosis, 40yrs old

She's had Endo for a couple years now, been on continuous birth control, now on MyFembree with an addition of estrogen. Nothing works, and her symptoms are getting worse. I've contacted her doctor to schedule laproscopic surgery, and came across Presacral Neurectomy. Wondering if anyone has had it?

I was on birth control for 20 years with no period. Doctor said it may be Autonomic Nervous System - but sending me to Functional Medicine Dr and ENT.
