For some reason, even tho I’m on the birth control Seasonale where I get a period once every 3 months, I still struggle with ovulation pain and PMDD including bloating, pain, PANIC ATTACKS AND ANXIETY (these are probably the worst), exhaustion and even chin/jaw breakouts. Maybe I should up my Prozac from 30mg to 40mg? Any tips on how to manage PMDD symptoms?

After moving from Manchester to Bristol early last year, I haven’t been able to get my specialist for endo. And my doctors surgery have been giving me prostap without any real knowledge or advice for me. I have decided to take a break for mental health reasons. It has been around 3 months since my treatment ended, I have no signs of periods returning and I am still getting hot flushes. Is this normal? I feel like my body is never going to come out of that menopause.

Hey all. So I have been on Visanne for nearly 3 months, I have had minimal side effects just some irregular light bleeding. It's really been a life saver for me, its helped the pain so much. I have an endometrioma about 2 x 4cm. All of a sudden the pain seems to be slowly creeping back, mostly if I eat dairy, sugar or gluten.
