Ovulation Day Sickness
Feeling cramped and also feel sick to stomach with dry heaving? Any of you other ladies experience this? And if so what helps?
I've found that I also feel particularly awful on ovulation day. I haven't really been able to find pain relief, but for the nausea you could ask your doctor for Zofran, that always helps me with nausea.
I always felt AWFUL when mittelschmertz occurred. Sometimes the pain on that day was as bad as when I got my cycle.
