Do Adhesions On Ovaries Cause Pain?

i was jus at the OB where they did a transvaginal ultrasound and they said there were some adhesions on my ovaries. im curious if that could be a factor in my flare up right now. ive been in pain for a week now and wasnt sure why. could this be it?

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member well i jus had excision surgery 7 months ago so unfortunately i dont think thats an option quite yet. thanks for info though!!
