I had a surgery after 8 months of excruciating symptoms and stage 4 endo diagnosis. Post surgery there was no pain for almost a year. I was on Dinogest until I started having v poor sleep, weight gain with no changes in diet or exercise etc. So I stopped it and that triggered periods which were painless for 1-2 months and then progressively became painful. Just on my sixth month of stopping it and went for n mri to see if it's coming back. I have been very careful with my diet etc. and stress levels but looks like one has to live with this illness.

Indian here - still exploring treatment options. Tried dienogest and wasn't a fan
