That doesn’t sound pleasant! Maybe you can ask your doctor for a Valium vaginal suppository before your next exam to see if it helps with the pain.

I never inserted tampons or anything. But every time I get an exam and my Dr touches my cervix it's extremely painful, cramps for days

The cervix is at the top of the vaginal canal, it’s what opens into your uterus. It can cause pain if you insert something into your vagina too deeply.
