I’ve always been regular with no mood swings.
I had normal results from this test even when my follicular (estrogen) phase was 20 days and my luteal (progesterone) phase was 4 days. I wonder if tracking the cycle with ovulation might be more helpful. Also a weakened or suppressed immune system might also be part of it. I definitely had that probably from prolonged toxic mold exposure.
