Anyone Find Exercise Help With Controlling Their Symptoms?

Has there been an exercise routine that has helped ease your symptoms? Any suggestions on what to start with?
I feel like i need to break the cycle of feeling too crappy to exercise & not feeling better about myself because I'm not exercising enough.

The elliptical has worked wonders for me. I crank it up to level 10 and go for 20 minutes.

Thanks Ladies!
I'm planning to get over to the gym this afternoon for a short workout at least.
Elliptical is my typical choice.
I am a little scared I'll overdo it, I tend to be terrible at realizing my limits and stopping before I get past it. But I need to start somewhere!
And I think this weekend I'll do some yoga with my 3yo son. He loves it at school & it's always nice when we work on some poses together.

Yoga is great for me! Some of us are doing the 30 day yoga challenge. It's on Amazon prime and it's been great! I also found changing my diet to an anti inflammatory diet has also helped so much! I am basically gluten, dairy, sugar and red meat free.
